Tickets are non-refundable. The show proceeds rain or shine. In the event of cancellation or postponement due to circumstances beyond our control, Lively Acres will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. No refunds will be issued for weather-related disruptions.

Event Rules

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with all event policies, including: No coolers or outside food or beverages; No dogs or other pets in the festival area; No re-entry without a valid ticket or wristband; Guests must be 21+ to purchase or consume alcohol; valid ID required

Liability Waiver

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you acknowledge and accept that attendance at an outdoor live music event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, theft, or property damage. You voluntarily assume all such risks. Lively Acres, its owners, staff, volunteers, performers, and vendors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from your attendance at this event, except where prohibited by law.

Lively Acres reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who does not comply with event rules or whose behavior endangers the safety or enjoyment of others. No refund will be issued in such cases.
